The Compleat Al

The Compleat Al was released in August of 1985.  The Compleat Al is a somewhat true documentary about "Weird Al" Yankovic's life. It tells a story of his life through comedy and throws in some things that never happened.but would be funny if they did! He includes a visual parody of Jimi Hendrix burning his guitar. Instead, it's Al burning his accordion! You watch Al:

-         When he's first born

-         When he gets into Dr. Demento

-         When he finds a manager

-         When he's holding tryouts for a band

-         When he goes to ask Michael Jackson for permission to do "Eat It"

-         When he travels to Japan

And much, much more. Many of Weird Al's videos are included in this such as:

Ricky

I Love Rocky Road

Eat It

I Lost On Jeopardy

Like A Surgeon

This Is The Life

Dare To Be Stupid
One More Minute

Another few clips you are able to see are different clips from ALTV's from the early 80's.

Unfortunately, this documentary is very rare. So rare, in fact, that the only possible way for you to get it is borrowing it from someone or getting it off of eBay. It was however, a great documentary, and I hope everyone will get a chance to see it at some point.
